Before and after hairline lowering/forehead reduction surgery
This patient achieved a nice lowering of her hairline. Unfortunately she underwent elsewhere, after the surgery, SMP to the hairline that left an unnatural appearance. At the time of taking the after photos she underwent hair grafting to conceal the SMP.
