Dear Dr. Epstein and Roxy:
Just an update on my hair ! People are noticing that there is something different! Isn't that great?
I can't thank you enough for my new outlook on life. I was getting very upset with what was happening to my hair for many years. I guess people were being nice when they said, I don't think your hair is too bad. It was a scary decision, especially when you get people (like hubby) saying he'd seen men with hair transplants and they looked awful and do you want to look like that? .. and he's losing hair as well. I think that remark prompted me to make the decision to go ahead with it! I did my homework and found many websites on hair loss (I went into NYC to meet with another company and felt as if they were selling me a car!) and finally, when I saw you (Dr. E) on TV, my decision was made. It was money well spent!
Again, I want to thank you all for your caring throughout the whole procedure (before, during and after).
I’m doing great. 10 days out and I’m in terrific shape
I'm doing great. 10 days out and I'm in terrific shape.
Please send my regards to Roxy and to the those terrific techs on the Microscope line! A very professional procedure beginning to end. Jim and I had a suture removal party last night. Looking forward to the end result.
Sincerely,
I wanted to tell you that the results are incredible
Hello, Dr. Epstein
This is Justin, I had an eyebrow transplant performed by you back in april. I wanted to tell you that the results are incredible! I did not think such a natural looking transplant was possible. I'm truly amazed. That being said, i wanted to ask about another possible follow up procedure to fill in a couple of gaps that don't appear to be growing back. I probably shouldn't even be this picky about it, except that now i know you have the talent to finish this off perfectly. My guess would be about a total of 30-40 more hairs at the most, i can take and send pictures if you'd like.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Thanks again for everything!
The transplanted hair has taken very well and I am very pleased
Hi Roxy:
Nice to hear from you. The transplanted hair has taken very well and I am very pleased with the result. I would to thank you all for your kind support during both my visits and to wish you all a happy christmas and a peaceful new year.
God bless you and the whole team
Dr Jeff, Roxy, hi!
I thought it was about time I sent you some update photos so we've taken some today, just over nine months out.
To be perfectly honest I've been holding back on sending you any updates over the summer because there hasn't been a great deal of change since the
wonderful transformation in my hairline that I showed you in the four-month
images. What I think you might see in these latest photos is a slightly more dense appearance and an even stronger hairline than at four months. The donor area stands up to a number 3 or 4 buzz cut at the back, with a number 2 on the top and sides.
Dr Jeff, there are so many things I'd like to say to you, but perhaps the best way I can sum up the past nine months is that you've released me from the purgatory of my former appearance and given me my life back. That may sound trite when there are so many people in the world who suffer far greater physical impediments, but very few people can relate to those who inflict disfigurement on themselves through poor cosmetic surgery. Such people almost always become objects of quiet ridicule, as I had for almost 20 years - until now. For me, my hair is just not an issue to me any more, and that's the greatest tribute I can pay you. Only those who've had to live with the results of inferior hair transplant surgery for so long would understand how I feel about what you've done for me.
As always, if you'd like me to act as a reference for any of your UK prospects at any time, or if you'd like more photos or quotes for your website, just ask - nothing would be too much trouble. If my thoughts above touch a chord with any of your reparative patents, please feel free to use my sentiments publically.
I've booked a three-week family holiday in Florida next summer and we'll be in Miami and the Keys around August 17th to the 22nd. I'll contact Roxy nearer the time to see if you'll be available for a quick meet and maybe a photograph with the Nelson family. My wife and boys would love to meet you both.
In the meantime, God bless you and the whole team, and best wishes to you and your family.
I just wanted to send over a quick “Thank You” email to you
Hi Roxy,
I just wanted to send over a quick "Thank You" email to you, Dr. Epstein and all of his assistance. They made me very feel comfortable before, during and after the procedure. There are Doctors here in The Bay Area that do transplants but it was worth the trip to Miami to have the procedure done by people who are professional, friendly and seem to sincerely care about the work they are doing.
Best regards,
P.S. Please send out thestitch removal kit when you get a chance.
Thanks again for your service.
Hi Dr. Epstein
We have arrived back home now, and everything is well.
I'd like to say thank you to you and all your staff for everything, I am very pleased with the results so far. My face is healing up quite well with some slight redness in the area.
I have a couple of questions, am I free to wash the areas as normal now (with soap/shower gel etc)? Also the hairs haven't fallen out yet, will they definitely fall out or might they stay in? And when would you consider a good time to begin normal shaving again?
I'll get in touch if I have any more queries.
Thanks again for your service.Yours sincerely
I am now experiencing growth in the front and my hairline is reappearing

Thanks for everything, Dr. Epstein, Roxy, and staff
It's been three weeks since my procedure. I flew into Miami from Los Angeles because Dr. Epstein is the absolute best at eyebrow transplants and restoration. You'd think that in Southern California , the mecca ofcosmetic procedures, that there'd be loads of doctors skilled in this area. Wrong! After careful consideration of every doctor in America with eyebrow transplant know-how and several email and phone conversations with Roxy, I found myself relaxing in a hotel in Miami the day before my procedure date.
If you're considering coming to Dr. Epstein's office and are not from the area, let me just tell you that the whole visit is a breeze! I'd recommend stayingat one of the hotels that Roxy recommends. Two of them are very close to the office. Not only is there a complimentary shuttle that takes you to and from the hotel and airport, but it also takes you to Dr. Epstein's office. So if transportation or traveling alone are among your worries, toss'em thought out the window! As an extra plus,Dr. Epstein's patients get a discounted rate at the recommended hotels. How can you beat that?
Everyone at Dr. Epstein's office is incredibly kind and sweet. They did everything imaginable to make me feel comfortable and calm before, during, and after my procedure. Whether it be holding my hand, making sure I was warm, getting me something to drink, shooting the breeze, or making sure I got back to my hotel okay, I felt safe and taken care of every single second. You'd be surprised how quickly a few hours passes when you're in good hands and with good company! And by the way, it didn't hurt!
Dr.Epstein is everything you could ever hope for in a doctor. Not only is he professional and great at his craft, but he's incredibly friendly, funny, and considerate as well! You tell him what you have in mind andhe works diligently to make it a reality. Dr. Epsteindoesn't merely restorehair that's now gone for whatever reason;he alsorestores one's confidence, freedom, and even aspirations. It'squite clear that he genuinelyadores what he does and loves helping people.
Before I knew it, I was back at my hotel, relaxing the night beforeI planned tofly back to California . I got a call from Dr. Epstein at my room; he was justchecking up on me. This was the first check-up of several by Dr. Epstein and Roxy. I thought that was incredibly kind. If you're worried about peopleknowing that you had a procedure, just bring a hat! With my hat on, no one at the airport or on the flight back noticed a thing.
Since my procedure, all of the scabshave fallen off and the redness has subsided. The hairs have fallen out little by little over the past three weeks, so now I'm just waiting for the new ones to grow in. I'll keep you posted on my progress!
If you're thinking about having your procedure done with Dr. Epstein,I would not hesitate to recommend him to you or anyone else. When you meet him and his staff, you'll know that you made the right decision. And after your procedure is done, you'll have no regrets. At least, that's the case with me. I can't wait for the day when I no longer feel that I have anything to hide from the world. There's too much out there to experience. There's life that needs to be lived. So if your hair problems are holding you back, just go for it. You owe it to yourself.
Thanks for everything, Dr. Epstein, Roxy, and staff.
I appreciate what you do.
