Dear Dr. Epstein,
I want to personally thank you and all of your staff for the incredible experience I've had with you. As with most patients, I'm sure, I was very apprehensive before getting my procedure done. There is still such a stigma with hair transplants today because most people only recognize the bad ones, or the way they used to be done. As you remember, I am in the entertainment industry and image is very important. And the thought of ending up with a botched hair job horrified me. But from the moment I came in for my first consultation, I was immediately put at ease by Roxy and everyone on your staff. Even more so when I spoke with you, got see some of your work through pictures, and read referral letters, hopefully like the one I am now writing. I came in the morning of my procedure, and still had a few jitterbugs. Probably because I was still entering into an experience that seemed so foreign to me. However the results, and the time that I have now spent afterwards enjoying the benefits of what you have done for me is a hard emotion to describe.
I would hate to see my life is so much better because of, what some people might describe as, a vain procedure. But it's just amazing what that little bit of self confidence does, and how it goes such a long way! You always hear in commercials or letters about hair transplants patients saying afterwards, "people would ask me if I've lost wait," or "You look so much younger," and they can't place why. I used to chuckle at those things. But that's the exact things that people have said to me!!! The work that you have done is so amazing, I can't even tell myself that I've had a procedure. I am overjoyed, so excited, would do it again, and would urge anyone thinking about to not wait another day. I can't thank you enough for everything you and your staff have done for me. It has been a true pleasure and I hope this very small, appreciative letter lets you know what you're doing for me and many many others.
Best regards,
