Good morning Jeff I want to thank you very very much. I have so much respect for your art and talent and passion for your career. I am very grateful for your kindness of you and your entire staff. I appreciate what you have given me and I look forward to sending you more clients. I have a few questions. I wore a baseball cap very loose for part of the two weeks in the beginning. I kept meaning to ask if that was OK? Also I will be in Hawaii for seven weeks will it be OK to wear my Hat times not to get too much sun on my head? Also I was going to get Botox in my four head on Monday is it safe to do that now? Once again thank you very much and have a wonderful day.

Hi Dr. Epstein, I had an eyebrow transplant in early September and just wanted to let you know I am so excited about the results! I'll admit I was a bit worried that it wasn't going to grow in properly but they are doing great! Such a difference... thanks again for a wonderful job!

Good morning, Dan. Thanks for the greetings and summary. So, today is already my 5th day of recovery in Miami, and am looking forward to wash my beard area tomorrow. Actually, I was there at the clinic yesterday, but didn't have a chance to see you. Just want to say thank you to you personally, and Doc Epstein and the team including Jeso, Elsa, Jacq and couple nurses that I can't recall the name as I was really wasted during the surgery day ;-) Thanks for the nice beard, great offer and warm hospitality, and making my dream come through! You guys are really awesome and will be remembered always :-)

Thanks for your email. I hope all is well in Miami and you’re continuing to enjoy life. S and I are loving Chicago, but are looking to make a further push eastward to my sports/shoulder faculty position in August.

Everything is going great and the implants have filled in nicely as you suggested. I’m very happy with the result and will definitely send along some photographs in the near future. I have been pretty consistent with use of the LLLT cap throughout, but mainly want to see the utility of its use at this juncture. What are you recommending based on your anecdotal experience or evidence based literature? Any additional measures I should undertake to maintain our results?

Hey Dr. Epstein, it's David. Just wanted say my ridiculous(ly cool) haircut has been touched up and I'm back to looking like a normal person. I wanted to inform you that I'm healing remarkably well considering it's been just over a week. There is almost no evident scarring or redness in the beard area, and the donor area in the scalp looks good too. The area on the hairline where we extracted those out of place follicles looks great and there's hardly any sign of any work being done there. I was worried going into it, but I want to thank you so much for taking good care of me!

Hello Dr Jeffrey, hope everything is good, I've been very very very happy with my hair growth I think it looks great, I've been wondering when would it be time to go for another round. I had this done July 2016. Let me know what you think and if you want to see me I could go next month to Miami. Kind regards.

Hi Dr. Epstein, Roxy. A few days late with my 9 month check-in, but I've attached close ups and a photo of me from an event I attended last month. I love my hair in photos now. A coworker recently stopped me and asked what products I use in my hair. As I was about to answer, she clarified her question. She said she noticed that for a long time, my edges were very thin and then "all of a sudden" she'd noticed a lot of recent growth. She even admitted she almost snuck a photo of me to share with her daughter! So I shared that I had surgery to restore hair loss. She then revealed that she also has hair loss, as does a family member of hers and I shared your website and contact info and encouraged her to get a consultation. Hope she reaches out.

Hello Dr. Epstein, Attached a few updates from day 8 after the procedure. I'm very pleased with the progress. Almost all of the scabs came off today. Maybe one or two grafts came with it. I was very very careful. I only have some redness in the mustache area. However it's almost not noticeable. I'm using Mederma and La Roche Posey products, they seem less aggressive to my skin.
The donor area is almost completely healed. My hairdresser was not able to tell where on my head the grafts where taken from. He only disliked the hair cut;-) Thank you - again I'm very pleased with the result and I feel confident to return to the office next week. Say hello from me to your marvelous staff. I'm having my pineapple juice every day - as they told me.

Hello Cindy, Hope you are well sweetheart! Please know everything resulted better than normal. All the shock loss came back and my peaks have been filling in rather nicely. I'm very pleased with the overall results, from start to finish. I had a little scare in the first month but I believe as dr. E stated , it was most likely a reaction my body was undergoing from the anesthesia. I'm blessed to have chosen Dr. Epstein and again I am extremely pleased with the results. Thank you so much for your kindness and care! You are a firm of professionals that operate extremely well in a very professional manner.
