Procedure Description:
Before and after excision of the entire frontal 6 rows of prior placed plug grafts, achieved through balloon tissue expansion. This is a very challenging case, in where Dr. Epstein placed three balloon tissue expanders to stretch out the normal scalp and forehead skin, permitting then the excision of a wide strip of scarred scalp and the subsequent dramatic improvement.
