Patient, 24yo, underwent forehead reduction surgery where the hairline was lowered 3cm, more than 1 1/4 inches. Note the significant density of her now lowered hairline. To determine the laxity or elasticity of her scalp, the hairline was pushed down as shown in the before (33) and the pushed down (36) photos.
