Young woman with flexible scalp, opted to have her hairline lowered and forehead shortened with a surgical hairline advancement procedure, a one-stage process that can lower the hairline by as much as 2 inches (5 cms), through a single fine line incision made along the hairline that, as the photos show, can be made to be essentially undetectable.
