Procedure details: 29 year old, underwent multiple prior procedures of unaesthetic minigrafts (containing two to five hairs) from 22 to 26 years of age. Was very disappointed with the poor direction of grafts, the significant scarring, and the overall unnatural appearance, that were not improved by another surgeon who attempted a repair by doing further grafting. Dr. Epstein performed a reparative procedure, using the technique of FUE punch removal, able to extract approximately 400 of the hairline grafts in a single procedure, which were then dissected down then replanted in a more natural direction and pattern. Shown is the result before and eight months after his procedure.
