Procedure details: Before and after 2,400 grafts. 31 year old, with five year history of progressive frontotemporal thinning. Patient desired the most dense natural appearing hairline. He was treated with a single transplant procedure of 2,400 grafts, which in order to achieve the greatest possible density, were placed into recipient sites 0.5 to 0.7 mm in size. After photos taken at 10 months.
