 "Hello Roxy!
It was so nice to hear from you. I had already sent you some pictures but I guess they never reached you. Well here they go again. I hope you like them, I'm so thrilled with my hair! Thanks to Dr. Epstein and his great team I have a fantastic "new head". I feel so grateful to all of you... Please say hello to everyone.

Maybe when I come next time to NY, if you're at the office, I'll drop by to say hello. Thank you so much again. Please give my very best regards to Dr. Epstein.

Yours truly,Rui Alexandre" [view patient progress]

"No surprises, so far. I'm following the post-op instructions pretty much to the letter, except the parts dealing with the headband, of course. Observations:

Thursday (day of surgery) - Walked to mall from hotel, ate dinner (pasta place across from Cheesecake Factory), walked around for a few minutes, then took hotel shuttle back. Tired, but very little pain or seepage. Used ice off and on for a couple of hours..." [Read More]

Hi Roxy,

I was at your Miami office last October for new brows. I was completely thrilled with them once they grew in this Spring. Please tell Dr. Epstein for me that they are beautiful and I feel so happy with them!

I was wondering if I could get a quote to fill in a few patches?
There are two places on each inside corner and one almost to the middle of my left brow (the right if you are facing me).

If not, they still look great, the picture doesn't show how nice they really look. It would just be quicker and easier to put on the make- up and be easier to go natural with the patches filled in. Thank you!

Hi Dr E and Roxy,

Just returned from my stint on the Navajo Reservation working as a locum tenens---overall a fantastic lifetime experience but it's sure great to finally make it home for the first time since March. Thought I'd give you an update as well as pose a few questions. Overall the results of the beard transplant have been excellent. Went dormant for about three months before sprouting out earlier this month. Virtually 100% recovery. Keep close-shaved for the most part occasionally letting it grow on weekends. My question is this-I would like to add some more overall density. If possible, what's your schedule looking like? Hope all is well and be sure to say hi to the rest of the staff.

Keep cool Miami !
Michael

"Just before Thanksgiving of 2004, I received a call from my dermatologist?s office to come in right away. I had noticed a spot on my scalp that had been there for a few years that I felt looked different. I wouldn?t have even noticed it if I hadn?t had a change in medication which caused the hair on top of my head to start falling out. I could now see the spot clearly."

I wanted to say hi and let you know how things were going. Hard to believe it has been a week that I had the procedure. All the swelling that was on my forehead has resolved. Tomorrow I get to try and rub the scabs away but the regular hairwash in the shower this weekend went great. I am looking foward to having the sutures removed Thursday and then should feel right back to normal. Send my regards to Dr. Epstein and the wonderful nurses at your Miami office.

Most sincerely
Cindy F

hey, roxy

i just wanted to report that things are going great. made a friday afternoon flight with no problem. i am wearing the headband and taking the extra k-flex, but have encountered no noticeable swelling. everything feels great. of course it is too early to tell, but if the results here are as good as the professionalism, friendliness, and relative painlessness i have experienced in last few days, i will be very satisfied. you guys have been great!

thanks again warmest regards, m

Just wanted to let you know that things are going well. The donor wound site has healed beautifully. I am using the rogaine once daily. Anyway , I am optimistic, so we will seee what happens in April.

OB

Thank you for the hospitality extended to me during my treatment at your facility. Unlike my previous experience, your unmatched medical skills and your professional staff have brought me through one of the most wonderful medical procedure I have ever experienced. I hereby offer you my greatest appreciation.

Regards,
Vincent W

Hi Roxy

Thanks for your email. Yes, I got back just fine. Tomorrow is the 10th day post surgery and I am planning to get the sutures out tomorrow. The donor site seems to have healed fine.  I will write and let you know if there is any problem.

Thanks for the info on the graft count. The scabs have just come off in the last couple of days and all seems well. I appreciate your concern and I will stay in touch with my progress.  Please give my best to Dr. Epstein and everyone there. And I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate your extra efforts.

Ed

Hi! My eyebrows are falling out and growing back. I am using a bit of Maybelline but it only takes me 32 seconds instead of 5 minutes. Life is good in the eyebrow department. I will send a photo soon. Tons of love and hugs to you all! Laurie

Hi Roxy, Sorry it has taken so long to check in; working very long hours since my return home. I think everything is going according to plan. Absolutely no scarring, healed nicely including donor area. Hair fell out as you said by about 10 days, and is now just starting to grow in here and there.  Am also starting to see 5 o'clock shadow on chest. Been talking with Pete and he tells me to be patient, his took about three months. It's nice to have him to talk to. Thank you all so much, please tell the Dr. I said hey, and he's an amazing man. Hugs and kisses to you for being who you are, even our first meeting, I felt like you are a dear old friend. Big hug too to Lena for being a major sweetheart. Leaves on maples starting to turn, nights in the 40's already picking apples soon! Will see you all soon for more grafts (year or so) Best to a special group of people.

Jeff

Dear Dr. Epstein,

Seems to be that everything is going very well!!! Today I started to remove gently the crusts but I still wearing the bandana because I don't want nobody here in my office to notice the procedure.
I also want to thank you specially for all your attentions and to congratulate all your team. Please say hello to each in everyone who take care of my person.
Sometimes I feel a little bit of pain in the stitches, but with 2 pills of Aleve I feel much better.

Be sure that I'm going to be in contact with you and that I will send my photos in a near future for your profesional comments.
Again, thank you very much for everything and I hope to see you in a near future here in my country Mexico (playing golf) or in the next chance that I had to visit Miami ok?
Kind regards,

Eduardo C

Hi Roxy - How are things?  Did you survive the hurricane or did it miss you (Hopefully Yes!?).
Are you still coming to California ?  I have a really nice new place with a pool and jacuzzi if you need a place to stay!

As always, just glad to see how you and Dr. E are doing.  I have not had much contact with anyone from the mentor site recently I had some people that wanted to meet with me in person when I was in Southern California but they never got back in touch with me.

My hair is doing great! I couldn't be happier.  You and your staff were just so nice I can't wait to come out for another procedure.
Please tell everyone I said hi.

Regards
Rob

Jeff -

Your staff is fantastic and your work amazing. Thank you for the
attention and care. I have made a follow up appointment a week from today to remove my sutures. I have stopped using Graftcyte ( per your office) and
washed my hair today.

Two questions.

1) When can I stop sleeping propped up?
2) Is there anything I can do for the mild itching?

All the best,
Shaun

My hair looks spectacular--it's even improved over the past months and now my hair looks as it did originally. Thanks to you, I'm so glad I went ahead and did it!!!

Love, Judy

Hi Roxy - I have been saying a special prayer for all of you at Dr. Epstein's office and hope that you are all OK and survived the hurricane.

We Californian's have to put up with earthquakes, however they don't happen as often but we don't know when they are coming either!

I just read some of the testimonials on the web site.  It is so great to read about happy patients. I read Gary 's story and remember the same thing during my visit, that all of you stayed very late that evening and no one would ever have thought it was after hours the way everyone was still working (sounds like common practice there!).

As always, tell Dr. E. and everyone I said hi.
Looking forward to seeing you again soon, either here in California or I may come back the early part of next year for a touch up!

- Regards
Rob

Dear Dr. Epstein,

I hope this message finds you and your family well.
I am doing great, my hair looks amazing! I am really happy. What a great
difference.

Receive my best wishes for you and your family for a happy, healthy and
joyful New Year. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Warm regards,
Sam L

Jeff,

Thanks for checking in. You have been on my mind consistently for the last year (almost every time I see a mirror).

I'm not really sure that I have the words to thank you for how you have improved my life.  I only hope that when you think about what you do, you realize the gift you are giving people.  I'm sure that you have days when you are tired or annoyed with an unreasonable cus tom er, just like everyone else.  But I hope you know the gratitude that is felt by what I'm sure is 99% or more of your patients.

It's remarkable how much confidence I've gained from the procedure.  I truly feel like you made me look 10-15 years younger. When I tell people my age, no one believes me.  Recently, at my high school reunion (20 years), a countless number of people told me that they couldn't believe I didn't age a day.  With each comment, I laughed a little inside and thought about the magical gift you gave me.

When you have prospective patients call me, my number one comment is, "stop stressing out about it, just go do it."  I can't believe how much agony I went through in making the decision, the fear I had that I could somehow be horribly disfigured, and the contrast between those thoughts and the end result. I've told them all, that after the decision to marry my wife, going to see you was the smartest single decision I made in my entire life.  And I truly mean that.

I hope to thank you and your staff again in person in the very near future. I've almost pushed my brother-in-law Richard motivated enough to come see you and have the procedure.  I plan to shake your hand and give a big hug to Roxy early next year when I accompany Rich to Florida for HIS life changing event. Thanks so much for your work and this gift.

I do plan to publish my photos and share with the world how great you are, but please don?t hesitate to have anyone call me for references. I feel quite fortunate to have found you as my surgeon and I have a new found appreciation for the internet?s ability to enable me to identify a best-in-class surgeon 3000 miles away

Thanks again for world class medicine and commitment to customer service.

GMR

Thanks again for a very low stress experience and the great care from you and your staff. I am looking forward to seeing the results in a few months.

Dan

Roxy,

I would like to help Dr. Epstein (and his staff by the same token) in any way I can because my conviction is that he has truly changed my life and I would like him to be rewarded for that. I can wear my hair any way I want to now and a bad hair day does not give me any discomfort anymore. I don't try to hide my forehead anymore and I feel gorgeous. It is my opinion that Dr. Epstein deserves endless credit for that and please tell him to feel free to contact me anytime to talk to his patients. I will always be there for him in that way.

I am sure that thousands of women out there feel their forehead is too large and I believe they should all save their money and come to Dr. Epstein. Not only is he talented, but very understanding, very honest, and very fair. I will be waiting to hear from this woman. What is her first name? Have you shown her my before and after pictures? If so, what does she think?

Best regards to everyone!
Susan

PS. Hope all went well with you guys during the hurricanes. Fortunately, I was out of town for business. Take care Roxy.

dr.epstein....thank you for response.....wanted to reiterate that i was very impressed with professionalisnm of you and your staff...hope you all survived the hurricane season without too much difficulty....matt m

" Dr. Epstein, you are amazing!!! Now that you have made me look so good, beyond all my expectations, I am sending you some of my clients from my hair salon here in the Cape . No one can believe I have had a hair transplant. "

Jeff:
Thanks for the card. I've been a little taciturn in communicating with you, as I've tried to keep some semblance of professional distance while the test has been ongoing. Now however, I have put the finishing touches on my third and final article on your surgery, which will come out in mid-May. It comes with a five-point rating and I leave you to guess where it falls.

My new look has gotten so many glances of astonishment from old friends, and yelps from surprised cousins, that I feel like I'm living in a Grecian Formula commercial.

Are you serious about that touchup? I'm not sure I need it, frankly. But if you think its warranted, it does appear that my wife, Annette, is contracting to write a spa book later this year and I'm sure our travels will take us to Florida at some point. In any case, it'd be fun to swing by, if only to say hello. Please think about doing the same the next time you're in New York.
Hope and trust business is good. Pleasure meeting you, and being rendered shaggier by you. All best, Chuck H.

Dear Dr Epstein,

It is so nice to contact you again. I hope you are fine as well as your team.

I had a procedure on April 2006 in your Miami office.

Dr Epstein, I need your help again, nine months after the second procedure in your Miami office, everything was perfect. In fact, problems began when I stopped Propecia and minoxidil a few month ago. I used to take both just after the procedure with you but unfortunately I stopped Propecia because it has impact on my libido...

I send you photos :

* First file : photos are taken in January 2007, 9 months after my procedure with you in Miami (I was also taking propecia and Minoxidil). I was very happy and I felt like I was 20 :)

* Second file : I took those photos today, ten months later after stopping propecia and minoxidil.

The difference is impressive !

Dr Epstein, I am writing to you because I trust only on you.
Thank you very much for your attention.

Dear Dr. Epstein:

Thanks for your recent letter,

I've been meaning to write you for weeks. Early in September I started to see the results your work and I still catch myself staring at my hairline in the mirror. I knew it would work but I always had a little doubt tucked away in the back of my mind. It wasn't necessary.

The hairs are thick and course and they are growing up and out! I can use gels and other hair products that I hadn't used in years! The guy who has been cutting my hair for more than 10 years sends you his hsghest compliments. I am very happy with the results to say the least.

I'II be In Boca from the 28Th to the 4th but the only free day I have is the 4Th. If you can see me then, I'd be happy to come in. I do plan to have one more procedure for the top. We can discuss further when I see you.

Many, many thanks,

Karl K

Hi everyone at dr epstein's office. My name is Chris and I came to have some surgery last year in August. Getting back to you about my results has been something that I have meaning to do for quite awhile, but I haven't gotten around to it till now. I can't express how happy and relieved I have been since I have had the procedure. It has surpassed my expectations of what I thought was possible. My life is so much easier since I had the surgery. I just want to thank everyone who helped me out a million times. You will never know how much you have changed my life.

Thanks, Chris

"Everyone at work and all my friends cannot figure out what is different about my appearance now that my hair is growing out. I've told them I've switched hair stylists. Last weekend, my mom pulled me aside and told me I should stick with this hair stylist."

For year and years, I have had to live with the scarring from work done previously, making me absolutely miserable. Now, Dr. Epstein, because of the outstanding repair work you did on me last summer, I feel so much better and comfortable with my appearance. It was absolutely the trip down to Miami , and everything they say about you on the internet is true. Thank you, thank you for returning to me my life.

I am so so grateful that I was your patient. As a woman, losing hair is terrible. With all of my new hair, my husband and I are both so pleased with everything you have done for me.

You were a last resort, after losing so much hair from polycystic ovarian syndrome. After one procedure later, I have so much more hair where it counts most- up top, where people can see it. My gynecologist and endocrinologist are both very impressed, and it's all thanks to you Dr. Epstein. I can't thank you enough.

Hey doc- my donor scar is outstanding. When we first discussed surgery, I was so appreciative how you advised me that my military career may be a contraindication for having a strip excision. But I'm so glad I did it, and now, even with a #2 razor cut, no one, I mean no one, can find my donor site scar. You're the best, doc.

Thank you Doc! I had someone take out the stiches this morning and everything went well. I've been doing great so far, I sent out an email to Roxy last night letting know what pharmacy you can call in the Propecia.
I'm really happy Doc. I'm going to really take care of myself. If I have any questions here in the near future I'll let you know. Thanks once again and let everyone know at the office I said hi.

Regards,

Edgar

Roxy,

The cruise was great and worked out really well after having my procedure in Miami. I only wore a hat in the sun and the crusts came off as planned and quite easily.

I will send you all some follow up pix from the same angles as the before and afters in a couple of weeks.

Thanks for your continued outstanding customer service.

Ed

Just want all to know how pleased I am with the work that Dr. Epstein (Jeff)

as done on my hair.
I call him Jeff because he treats you like a friend. He cares about your hairloss concerns and tries his best to make you feel good about what he is going to do. I also must say he has the most wonderful staff you will ever experience. If you have a chance to talk with Roxy she is the greatest! I had my procedure done in July 2004 and my hair has come in like crazy. I use

propecia and also Rogaine on a daily bases and its done wonders in filling in my crown area. I can honestly say, that I'm so pleased with my new hair, that I'm planning on going back to get my hairline dropped a little lower. I

Just wanted all of you to know that I would recommend Dr.Epstein to anyone who is thinking about having a hair transplant. I will guarantee you will have a great experience.
Signed,

Spencer M

Hey, Roxy!

Thanks for your nice note. I'm glad things are swamped at work. That's good for business.

Please thank Dr. Epstein and your marvelous staff for the wonderful time I had on Friday, May 20th. The procedure was again painless and Dr. E and his staff made me feel very comfortable. I can tell by the way Dr. Epstein implanted the follicular units that I am going to have an absolutely outstanding head of hair in five months. Seriously, I will need to make it a point to visit Tampa so that you guys can get photos. I think the results will be fantastic. By the way, please feel free to give this email address or my work phone at (407) 380-4204 to any potential customer who needs to talk to someone.

I'm doing great. Sutures are coming out tomorrow, the 14th day. More Propecia would be great! Please tell Dr. E thanks very much! Also, if you could please send a few brochures, I will leave them with the place where I get my hair cut. It's men and women.

Again, Roxy, thanks very much and please pass my thanks to Dr. Epstein and his wonderful team.

Duncan

Dear Ms Roxy,

I dont have any word just to explain and acknowledge forthe service you have rendered to my son. I disturbed a lot for it for which I think you will not mind for it. Anyway I heard that the hair plantation has been completed nicely and how many days my son will be required for check up in your clinic. Please let me know.Convey my regards to the Doctor also.

You are invited to visit Bangladesh and I will be delighted to receive you here. You can enjoy any of your holidays here.

With Warmest Regards

Faruq

first let me say you are probably the nicest man that ever came out of syosset-- no kidding- I think you are fabulous and the concern you have showed is unparalleled. You must be sick to death of hearing this by now.

\We just spoke--- quick question re hair washing--

your staff stressed the imptce of cleaning grafts and donor site-- it sounds like youre saying its cool to relax that a little by taking two days off washing??? a relief.

Hi Dr Epstein

My trip back went well! I'm at my own place and I would very much like your opiniion on the progress.
I'm emailing you some pictures and if you can then email back I'll give you a quick call to clear up the next few days activities.

The stubs are still very tender, so I'm hesitant to go ahead and shower them at this point. I'd also like to ask you about overall look of the grafts on the pictures.

I want to thank you and your staff again for the first-class treatment you gave me. I didnt feel nervous from the moment you and I had spoken and onwards, which I attribute to you personally and to the way you and your staff approach this delicate procedure.

My thought on the way home in the plane was "what an absolutely great guy" and thats something I hope you know is pretty rare :)

Best wishes!
Anders

Hi Jeffrey, I just wanted to let you know everything is fine. Most of the blood is flaking off and i can see how they're going to look and i'm really pleased with the results. I thank you again and your wonderful staff as well, they were very kind and friendly. I will send you some pics when they're ready.

Oh yeah, one question.  when do i have the stitches removed?

Hi Roxy,

Just wanted to drop a quick note to let you know how great my experience was with Dr. E and your staff. I can't thank you all enough for making a stressful situation so enjoyable and comfortable. I am even debating on pulling more hair out just to come and visit again.. Haha Anyhow, please pass on my thanks to Dr E. and everyone for their dedication and care. Also, a special thanks to Keri and Linda for all of their hard work and putting up with me. Please tell Keri (Bella) that I am already learning my second language and I appreciated her tutelage and care! Thanks Again and I will speak with you soon! -

jeff-

FYI-- you are the to t al best. I truly adore you for all your kindness and artistry  and hope to rock out with you at Bruce and.or the Dead someday!!

Dear Dr. Epstein, dear Roxy and Staff:

I truly do regret that I wasn't able to return to your office the day following my procedure, but I had traveled to Florida with a friend who had her plans and agenda for that day. I would have liked to tell you all in person how impressed I was with the entire process of restoring my eyebrows. They are perfect, and I couldn't have imagined a better outcome. I am hereby expressing my profound thanks and appreciation for your skill and artistry, and for that of your entire staff. My only concern now is that it's all too good to be true, and that by some fluke of my own follicles (not the procedure itself), they won't grow back after the hairs fall out, as they're scheduled to do in a couple of weeks!!!

Hello to everyone, I'm 2 days post procedure, just wanted to write in and say thanks so very much to Dr. Epstein and his entire staff for everything. I'm loving my new hair, what a difference! You guys are awesome! For those considering hair restoration, I can definitely tell you Dr. Epstein's practice is a completely positive experience, beginning with the initial consultation, throughout the surgery and follow up. Everyone in his staff are totally upbeat, compassionate, professional people and all of them provided me with a real sense of comfort and really put me at ease in what was the first surgery I had ever undergone. I was blown away upon first seeing Dr. Epstein's website a few months ago, not only because of the educational value, but the dozens of pictures of patient's successes, and I realized that he is not only a gifted surgeon, but an artist with a real eye for detail. When I next consulted with him, the most important thing for me was Dr. Epstein's very personal attention to my situation. His straightforward and honest demeanor gave me a realistic assessment of what I could expect. This made a world of difference to me too, because I had previously consulted with a big corporate hair restoration office, and I felt pressured, like with them I was just another number, and the salesperson was just walking me through the pitch, and a series of over promises. But with Dr. Epstein it was like, this is where I am, and this is what he can do for me, and this is what I my outcome will be at age 47. I really appreciated that, because I wanted the most natural results possible. All I can say is I know I made the right choice with Dr. Epstein, and am booking a 2nd procedure in 9 months. Thanks again to everyone, you're the best!

Regards, Andrew

Dear Dr. Epstein:
I want to personally thank you and all of your staff for the incredible experience I've had with you. As with most patients, I'm sure, I was very apprehensive before getting my procedure done. There is still such a stigma with hair transplants today because most people only recognize the bad ones, or the way they used to be done. As you remember, I am in the entertainment industry and image is very important. And the thought of ending up with a botched hair job horrified me. But from the moment I came in for my first consultation, I was immediately put at ease by Roxy and everyone on your staff. Even more so when I spoke with you, got see some of your work through pictures, and read referral letters, hopefully like the one I am now writing. I came in the morning of my procedure, and still had a few jitterbugs. Probably because I was still entering into an experience that seemed so foreign to me. However the results, and the time that I have now spent afterwards enjoying the benefits of what you have done for me is a hard emotion to describe.

I would hate to see my life is so much better because of, what some people might describe as, a vain procedure. But it's just amazing what that little bit of self confidence does, and how it goes such a long way! You always hear in commercials or letters about hair transplants patients saying afterwards, "people would ask me if I've lost wait," or "You look so much younger," and they can't place why. I used to chuckle at those things. But that's the exact things that people have said to me!!! The work that you have done is so amazing, I can't even tell myself that I've had a procedure. I am overjoyed, so excited, would do it again, and would urge anyone thinking about to not wait another day. I can't thank you enough for everything you and your staff have done for me. It has been a true pleasure and I hope this very small, appreciative letter lets you know what you're doing for me and many many others.

Best regards,
Kurt

Hi Roxy,

My name is Bethany and last October I came from Memphis , Tennessee to Dr. Epstein's Miami office to have a hairline reduction procedure done. When I got there however, I was unable to have the procedure done because I had recently found out that I was pregnant. Being told I couldn't get my procedure was some of the most upsetting news I've ever been told, because I have dreamed about having it done since I was very young. That being said, I cannot thank you or Dr, Epstein enough for the kindness you showed me while I was there. The safety of my unborn daughter was Dr. Epstein's main concern, not the money. In fact, he even promised to keep my file, and to complete the procedure for the reduced price he had offered me, after my baby was born. Well, she is here (9weeks old), and is the biggest blessing I have ever been given. I wanted to touch base with you to let you know that I still dream about my procedure everyday. I also wanted to let you know that even though I am using the money I had saved for my procedure to be able to stay home with Bella for a while, I am saving every extra penny I can to get back to Miami ASAP!! I hope to be able to return early in 2006.

Thank you again and can't wait to see you!

i went thru a procedure there in miami about 4 years ago and yall did a perfect job.

i got like 1600 grafts and there are some areas i would like to fill in mainly in the front behind my hairline.

thanks, randy

Hi Roxy,

It has been 3 months since Dr. Epstein performed my hair transplant and I'm really impressed with the results so far. I have included some pictures for Dr. Epstein to assess.

I'm so happy with the results I'm seeing that I am very seriously considering a 2nd (and I believe final) procedure.

The end of August will mark 4 months time since my transplant ( April 8, 2005).  As I have a good deal of time off in August I was wondering if Dr. Epstein would consider performing a second transplant during this time. Essentially, I am looking to further lower my hair line by having Dr. Epstein place more hairs below the new hairline he created. If Dr. Epstein feels more time is necessary, please advise me as to a more appropriate time.

Sincerely,

Joe D

Thank you very much for your follow up. We are doing very well.  At this time we are still very happy with the results and have noticed little to no loss of the new hair grafts. I know that today is the eighth day and they still can fall out but I am holding out hope that they will continue to grow. Again, we are both VERY happy with the process and the results. You will have a good reference with us.

Thank you again,

Brandon F

Hi Dr. Epstein, thank you for your Email. I am doing well and waiting for Sunday to arrive to get the stitches out.
I can see a huge difference in the crown area already and I appreciate the awesome and professional service that you and your team gave me.
Thank you again for your kindness and art.
Next time I am in town I will stop by to show you the results.

Give your entire team a big hello. Be well.

Pablo

Dr. Epstein-

I want to thank you so so much for my eyebrow transplant.  The results are so much better than I could have ever imagined, and in real life, definitely better than the photos you show on the internet.

Please use my photos to show others how good things can look.

Sincerely,

Seoul C

Hey Doc,
How are you? I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your consideration. Day 7 and i think the scar looks great! Actually, I think the angle of the incision allows for the other scar in the back to be concealed even more.
I would be more than happy to help you in anyway I can. If there is anything that I can do for you in the future, the answer is always yes.

Thanks again for everything, I'll be in touch

Take Care

Dear Dr. Epstein,

Above all, I would like to thank you and your team for your professionalism, care, and attention. My recovery is indeed going well. Some minor discomfort around the sutures, but then that is all.

I returned home yesterday afternoon . I hope that things will go well.

Best regards,
Behzad

Hi Dr. Epstein,

I received a call from your office requesting a follow-up appointment from my surgery that took place in January. I can't make it to your office so they said photos would be OK. I've attached a few photos for you to review.
I'm not sure if the photos turned out well, but I am very pleased with the results. The experience couldn't have been better. Your staff and work were exceptional. Thank You, Thank You....

R W

Hi Dr. Epstein,

Thank you for calling the hotel on Friday night to check on me. I hardly remember talking to you though, I was quite 'out of it' after the medication. :)

The whole trip down and back seems like a dream now, so quick, and now I have eyebrows! :) I am very, very excited! I made it back home well and things seem to be progressing as I was told. I think I can go back to work on Tuesday without any major indications of why I was away. I can't wait for the 2~3 months to pass for the hairs to grow in naturally.

Thanks so much for having such a comfortable atmosphere in your office and such wonderful and caring staff. I think what you do is amazing, you must feel so proud. I said to my sister that it will feel strange when I see your picture or an article about you and your work in a magazine or book, to know that I am/was a patient of this doctor who is so well-known around the world. :)

What surprised me most about the whole situation at the beginning was that I got a direct reply from you yourself when I inquired about the procedure, I assumed I would hear back from office staff only and not the doctor himself. That was very personable and shows a lot about you and how you care about your patients and what you do. And Roxy was wonderful, what a beautiful person she is. You have a great team. :)

Thanks so much again,

Deidre

Dr. E -

Hey guy, hope things are well. My hair is looking friggin fabulous. I'll
take a photo and send it to you.
Are you able to write me a proscription for Propecia or do I need to get
that locally? Thanks!

Dunc.

Hi, Doctor,
I just wanted to send my sincere thanks and appreciation to you and your staff for making me so comfortable during my procedure. It's still in the early stages, but I am extremely pleased with the results. I apologize if I was less than personable after the procedure, but I couldn't really feel my face to give you the smile I would've liked to. I'll send you pictures as the new hairs start to grow.

TY

Hi, Dr. Epstein!

I hope you and your wonderful staff are having a great new year! This past Friday was the 8 month post-op for my hair transplant procedure done back on June 03, 2005.  Add me to the list of satisfied patients! Although I seem to have experienced several stages of shock loss during these past months, the hair now appears to have grown back for good. However, the final results are a definite improvement in my appearance, and the new transplant growth looks very natural. I have attached my 8 month pics (hair buzzed with a #4 razor) of your expert artistry.

I am very eager to schedule another procedure this summer to fill and add density, where needed, on the sides and back of my head. I am hoping this can be done in one procedure, and be my final procedure as well. If you think this possible, Dr. Epstein, please provide me a plan and pricing for the procedure at your earliest convenience. Thanks!

With sincere appreciation,

Nick

Dear Dr. Epstein,

I wish to recognize you for the excellent work done and also give thanks to all your team for the very good attentions a received during my stay.

Best regards

E.A.

Doc,

As you may recall, I had around 1850 HTs back the first week of November. Myold hairline was rather unnatural looking, with bulky uneven grafts from previous surgeries. You made a nice transition hairline slightly forward, with a mild widow's peek, and a lot of fill-in behind the hairline.

The scar where the grafts were harvested looks spectacular. It has healed very nicely. Less than 3 months and the scar is only a very fine pink line.
Even lifting up the hair, my wife has a difficult time finding it. And I don't know exactly how you did it, but the nasty extraction scars from previous HT surgeries are gone. I guess you were able to cut them out with the extraction. Anyway, great job.

Hope all is well.
I'll be back in the States early May, will stop by some time thereafter.

Greg

Hello Dr. Epstein, I'm doing great, best operation I've had period.
Thanks again.

Dan

Dear Jeff,

Just a quick note to let you know how pleased I am with the hair transplant process you performed. Not only was the actual process less painful, the days after were far less uncomfortable and there is little doubt in my mind that all of the 1400 grafts took, except for one that I know I lost. Much appreciation for a job well done and I will send you a picture of my full mane in six months or so.

Sincerely, Barry

I just wanted to let you know that the grafts are excellent. They are still filling in every week. This has been such a positive experience for me that it has motivated me in other areas as well. I have lost about 50 lbs since my procedure. I feel much better but still have about 25 to go. I was wondering doctor if you worked with any plastic surgeons who do body work that your refer patients to. Thanks again Dr. Epstein. I appreciate all you have done.

Doc - you may be right- it may be a bit too early to have my procedure performed at this time. My hair seems to go in cycles. Some weeks it looks

fine, and then - bang - I go through a few weeks where you can see some really thin pockets.

Needless to say, no one if more critical (and anal retentive) about what I see in the mirror than I.

If you think it would improve the success of the procedure if we wait until more natural hair retreats, I will defer to your judgment.

P.S. I have to say I admire your ethics that motivates you to postpone $$ for a good result

Dr Epstein ....you did about 2800 grfts for me in june 2006....the work was excellent....im interested in getting an estimate for about 600 more grafts(about 200 in front and 400 to thicken crown a bit more),preferably in your NY city office since its much closer to my home...Please have one of your staff members contact me..thanks ...Matt

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for following up. I'm doing well and, so far, am very pleased. I've had no pain, needed no pain meds, and am healing well. Does looking in the mirror retard hair growth?

I'll keep you posted. Have a great rest of the week,

Peter

Dr. Jeff,

You're awesome!! The surgery was already undetectable in 2 days. You stitched the back of my head so tight that the wrinkles in my forehead went away!!

Thanks also for all the recommendations in Islamorada - we already ate at Lazy Days and had the most incredible breakfast burritos at Hungry Tarpon. Feeding the tarpons in the back was also fun. I'll be contacting the charter boat contacts you gave me tomorrow.

Again, thanks for being a great doctor and helping others. You and your staff were great and I would be more than happy to recommend to others as a reference should you ever need.

My best,
Greg

Dear Dr. Epstein:

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for the hair transplant procedure you performed on my chest in April, 2005.

I was nervous about undergoing the procedure at first. However, the thoughtful and pleasant nature of your staff made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Moreover, the results are fantastic! I can now show off a very natural look of chest hair, and I am very pleased.

I would highly recommend your services to others who are interested in the same procedure. The outstanding results you so often produce are truly a blessing to many people seeking a boost of confidence in their lives. Please let me know if I can be of assistance in further recommendations.

Sincerely,
K.S.K.

To: Dr. Epstein

It was a pleasure visiting you office on Friday.  I have been very pleased with the results for both procedures [eyes and hair transplant]. It was interesting seeing the before pictures from three years ago. I had forgotten how thin my hair was in the front.

Best regards,

J. W. L .

Roxy,

Great to hear from you. Yes, all is going well here and happy to see another Boston winter gone by! Its hard to believe that over 4 months have passed since my procedure. Everyone at the salon where I get my hair cut have been following my progress and they are all amazed. I gave them a few of Dr. Epstein's cards and they have spoken with some clients.

I would be happy to speak with your client. You can either give him this e-mail or he can call me at home.  After one area that came out great is the front right corner of the hairline on my forehead. It was very uneven with the right side much higher.  Dr. Epstein did an amazing job fixing that spot.

I hope all is well with everyone at the office. Some time when I am in Miami I'll have to stop in and you can see the progress from the procedure.

Jeff

Dear Charlene,

Hello! First may I say thank you for accepting email and inquiries on behalf of Dr. Epstein and your experience with he and his staff. Your results are so nice!  I didn't know about this procedure until a few months ago and immediately went online to research the possibilities. I was impressed with Dr. Epstein's website and the results shown.  Your results were of particular interest because few of the photos are women and not all of them were transplanted for similar reasons. I have had a high forehead my entire life, as you would know, and have worn bangs forever! I am always pulling or making sure everthing is covered up and feel very exposed should the wind blow! Crazy but true if I really think about it. Roxy said you were great with answering questions about the procedure and I would love to know if you are satisfied with the results, and if there are any other bits of information that would be helpful in making a decision and you would like to share. I sincerely appreciate your time and thoughts.

With Kind Regards,

Jennifer

-------------------------------

Hi Jennifer,
It's funny but when you wrote "I am always making sure that everything is covered up and feel exposed should the wind blow", that was me!!!
Wow, I can't believe there are so many other women out there that have this problem and I always thought I was just a nut.
I felt so "exposed" when the wind blew that if someone happened to have seen my large forehead, it almost felt as though they had seen my nipple or something!
Yes, I agree, it is a bit crazy.
Anyway, to answer your question, this procedure has changed my life and I no longer fear growing old because now I feel that my face is so proportioned that I will be pretty no matter what age. I never felt this pretty before.
Every day, I had to deal with my bangs, and of course every time I washed my hair, I would hope that my bangs turned out as perfect as they did the last time I curled / ironed / blow-dryed them...
I think you must know the feeling.
Now, I can do what I've always wanted to do: just pull my hair back into a nice pony tail and still look pretty. Although I still like to do my hair, I don't have any more "bad hair days".
Dr. Epstein has changed my life and this is my way of giving something back to him because I will forever be grateful for the perfect job he has done on me.
I hope this was helpful. I'm not sure what exactly you would like to know but I'm sure that like me before the procedure, you have a lot of concerns and questions.
I'd be glad to help any way I can.

Susan

Dr. Epstein,

We were going to connect before I left about 4:30 PM. You were with another patient. I will try to call your NY office tomorrow just to make sure I did not miss anything. I did arrive home earlier this evening and things are comfortable enough for me to be sitting at the computer at 11 PM!

At any rate, I wanted to extend my thanks to you and all of your staff involved in my procedure today for a job well done. The work was obviously first rate and everyone was most courteous and conscientious. Please make sure you communicate that to your traveling team!

I will be anxious to share the results as time progresses.

Best regards,

A. S.

Jeff,

I was only thinking in the past couple of days I must send you some new photos for your website - just lately I've been wearing my hair slightly longer and brushed back more naturally as opposed to lashed down with gel. Jeff, I've got to tell you, it looks amazingly natural, and just fantastic.

Oh, and "Greg" from Ireland emailed me today to tell me that everything positive I'd assured him about his visit to you had come to pass, and he was delighted with his visit! Another satisfied customer for your European fan base!

Best regards,

Neil

Dr. Epstein,

Y ou and your staff did a beautiful job, it looks great. I know I pushed you a bit but I wanted it to get me through the next 5-10 years without having to worry about it, so I thank you.

Sincerely,

Jeff

Roxy, I am sincerely appreciative of Dr. Epstein's gracious courtesy and will be posting his praises on a forum this coming week :<)

All of you are absolutely awesome!

Hello Dr. Epstein, Nancy,Julio and Roxy:

This is to endorse and ratify everything that all your former patients have said about the hair transplant procedure.

I was tremendously impressed by the warmth with which I was treated which made me feel that I was somebody special. It was a wonderful social experience!

Nancy, thank you for holding my hand.
Julio, thank you for being so careful and considerate.
Roxy, thank you for all your pre- op. information which made me take the final decision of having this procedure.

Dr. Epstein:
the moment you started talking to me I inmediately felt I was in the best hands and so it was. disconfort has been a minimum and next day I was shopping at Dadeland with forehead bandage and all! Well, I cannot say enough! THANK YOU

I came back to Costa Rica 3 days later. At the airport I asked for help to place the heavy luggage on the scale and told the person at the desk that I had had an intervention on my head and was not able to make heavy efforts. He inmediately said in a very loud voice: somebody help this lady she has had brain surgery.!

THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF INVOLVED IN THIS PROCEDURE.

Mil gracias a todos.
Very sincerely,
Michele

Dear Dr. Epstein & Staff,
I would like to thank you for taking such great care of me during my procedure. Thank you for giving me the confidence & support to know I was in good hands. Your staff is particularly sensitive and caring. From the moment we got there and Cindy took us in and Alicia explained what would be happening, I felt comfortable.

Alicia, Kaielia, and Yanela were especially wonderful by making me laugh and holding my hand during the procedure, they genuinely cared about my well being.

Linda and Jen were very kind also, as was Nancy who walked us to our car and made sure I ate something before I left. I'm sure I'm forgetting some other wonderful people, but I just wanted you to know that I was grateful to you and your staff for making this procedure as easy as possible to overcome. I look forward to looking and feeling better about myself, thank you for that!

May God bless you all!

Yours Truly,
Sandra

Dr. Epstein,

You are a great doctor and the results of my procedure have been wonderful.

Dear Jeff,

It has been a while since I had my transplants. I have never told you that I was very pleased with the results.

Regards,
Steve

before & after photos
Dr. Epstein and company:
I had a hair transplant procedure done on my chest in February 2005. Sorry about the delay in getting some photographs back to you. They are not the best pictures, so I will certainly try to get better ones, or I will stop in if I am in the area.  I slightly trim my chest hair on occasion, so these pictures do not represent full hair length. Thanks again for the outstanding results.

Hi Dr. Epstein

Great meeting you in Toronto this morning.

I enjoyed the hair restoration panel and was very impressed by your talk. What you've accomplished in your practice seems extraordinary. Thanks very much for the invitation to visit. I'll be in Miami the week of Monday November the 6 th and if you're available, I'd love to take a drive down and see you in action or even just check out the facility. If it's OK with you, maybe I'll give your office a call closer to the date and set up something definite.

Looking forward to seeing you then.

Thanks again and best personal regards,

MK

Dear Dr. Epstein:

Just a quick note to thank you for the great job you did last Friday.  I am very glad and happy that I finally choose you as my Doctor and you may rest assured that for future procedures I will consider no one else in the matter.  I?m not sure if I have sufficient donor areas left, but if I do, you may rest assured that you will be the person conducting my second procedure, unless the Propecia creates a miracle on my crown!!!

Thank you so much for everything and please extend my thanks to your team who did a great job from start to finish.  I am very happy and satisfied with the procedure and have no doubts whatsoever in recommending you and your team to anyone who may want to undergo the operation.

Very truly yours,
Felix

Dear Dr. Epstein,

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me yesterday. I guess like other patients I was dismayed when my "new hair" fell out (and I felt at fault because the hair fell out due to me rubbing off the crusts), but I have accepted that it is completely normal and I am looking forward to experiencing the new growth in a few months. The donor area healed pretty good, so I'm going to cut my hair tomorrow. Thank you for caring so much post-op.

-Tom

I just wanted to thank you both. I hope you both know how much you have helped me. It was very difficult growing up because I was so self conscious with the way I looked. It's as if I lived a completely different life until I was 29. This procedure was truely a blessing for me. Please don't hesitate to have anyone contact me to discuss the procedure, I want people to know that if they feel embarassed or self conscious they don't have to anymore. Dr. Epstein, I think what you are doing for your patients is wonderful. Thank you so much.

I wish you both lots of happiness in the future. Oh and by the way, my eyebrows look so cool! I'll send pictures in a few months.

Sharon

Roxy, my lovely!!!  Thank you so much for your reply!!

I have to share something quickly with you... ;)  I've had alopecia since I was 4 and always dreamed that I could just have a hair transplant to cover up when I was AT... I have always hated wigs... :(  I never even dreamed that I would ever actually meet one... hee hee  What Dr. Epstein does is give women back their life... not just their hair... to me, he is a hero... and you, my dear, are the beautiful angel who comforts... ;)

Thanks again... you truly are doing a wonderful thing for women...

Melanie

Jeffrey, Everything looks wonderful and feels good. I had my hair colored today - a sort of milestone. Sincerely, Troy

Roxy,

Thank you for following up with us. My brother is so pleased with everything and very impressed by the procedure, Dr. Epstein, and of course, the staff! I have taken pictures almost every day. I washed his hair for him the first 4 or 5 times. All of the scabs and flaking have come off but no hair has really fallen out.  I know he's hoping it will just grow but he knows it's going to fall out. We just thought it would have come out by now. I removed the stitches on the 18th with no problem. The incision healed great and is barely visible. He started using the Minoxodil per the post-op instructions.  I'll download all of the pictures off my camera and send you the most recent.

BTW- I referred a friend of mine to your office. He lives here in Atlanta but is planning a visit to Miami to see friends.  He may contact you to set up an appointment. His name is Allen W. He had looked into the procedure previously but did not move forward with it.  Once I told him about Joel's experience, he came by while Joel was here so he could look at his new hair.  I gave him a business card and the website information.

I will definitely have Joel post something on the forums and possibly some pictures.

Thanks again for everything!

Amy

Hi Dr. Epstein,

I am doing very very well.... thanks to you :) I am healing very fast. I can not fully express how much I am pleased with the results. The words.."thank you"

does not convey the appreciation and happiness I feel.

I know people say this to you all the time..."YOU ARE AMAZING" and it shows in everything you do, including the relationship between you and your staff :) I will definitely keep in touch and I promise to send pictures after the hair grows in. It was truly a pleasure meeting you :)

Thanks a million!

CM

P.S. I am following all post-procedure do's and don'ts

Hello Roxy,

I was able to make it to Miami for my procedure this past Wednesday, but I unfortunately did not get the opportunity to meet you. We exchanged so many messages back and forth that I was hoping to match your face with your name (laughing). Everything went very well though and I am extremely happy. I just wanted to take the time out to thank you as you played an integral part in making this happen for me. You were very patient with me while answering my questions and providing traveling arrangements, all while remaining professional and courteous. You helped to make this experience very comfortable for me and I am greatly appreciative. Thanks Roxy!

JM

Dear Dr. Epstein--

Best wishes to you, your family , and staff this holiday season.

You might remember me as one of your less promising subjects but on whom you nevertheless attained an outstanding outcome. It's been over five years since my treatment and I still remain amazed and fully pleased with the result.

I remain deeply grateful for your care and wish you continued success.

JC

Dear Dr Epstein

How are U doing? I am pleased with the results of the two prodeures done by U in 2005 and am considering having a third procedure  in the week of 8th -12 Jan 2007. preferably on the 10th of Jan 2007. I have been advised by Dr Martinick during one of her visits to Malaysia that I can probably have further max 1000 grafts. .

Please advise if the procedure and the proposed date are feasible.

Thank you and best regards
Thomas Ong

Hi! ive been meaning to check in.... all is well. not near as sore as i thought i might be. just a little tender in the back and ready to get these stitches out! starting to itch!

thank you . everyone was so nice, the procedure was as enjoyable and easy as it couldve been. and i didnt feel any pain during the procedure at all, or really after. just tender/sore but not intense pain. i have no apprehension or fear of doing it again.

Dear Dr Jeffrey

I am glad to have the chance for the wondeful meeting and the sharing of your personal experience . And thank you for a  job well done.

Please also send my regards to your staff . They had made the procedure a pleasant and relaxing experience .   I could feel their their warm friendship and care.

Dear Roxy

Thank you for your email. Sorry for the late reply, just returned from Christmas vacation. Thanks a million to Dr. Epstein, and yes, I will post experience with your office on the forums. All went well with recovery and I'm quite excited to see the results over the next year.

I will keep in touch and will forward pictures showing progress.

Thanks again to Dr. Epstein for his expertise and his generosity. All of his assistants were very friendly and the experience was a good one.

I will keep in touch with you.

Warm regards

Stacie

I am doing very well and I love my new eyebrows! Thank you so much! I'll be in touch as the permanent ones grow in, so we can evaluate whether I will need a follow-up procedure to increase the density.

NK

Hi Dr. Epstein / Roxy -

Just wanted to thank you again for taking time out of your schedule to work on my eyebrows. My trip to Miami was wonderful and you and your team were a true pleasure to deal with! Finally, my face has some symmetry. You definitely gave this guy his confidence back!

Thanks again for all of your help! Will send you guys some pics once these bad boys begin to grow in! :)

Take care,

Jack

Hi Terry,

I was given your email from Dr. Epstein' Office and asked if I would contact you.  As circumstances would have it, I'm visiting Florida now (dating a women down here) and so when I got your address I commented how I had to write to you about a procedure I had done and realized that after seeing this women for over 4 months, I hadn't told here about it.  When I did tell her, her comment was no different then mine the day after I had the procedure . . . Why doesn't every man get this done?!  If you are remotely contemplating the procedure you should get it done, period, end of discussion. Who to do it is the main and understandable conundrum and again (for me) a no brainer . . . Jeffrey Epstein.  Shoot, I even did it a second time and will do it a third if I or others deem it necessary. Before I had the procedure, I meet with numerous doctors and practices both here in Florida and at home in NY/CT.  I picked Jeffrey based on his qualifications and his practice of correcting other hair restoration doctors "errors".  Having lived in Greenwich for 12 years, now Westport, I travel with a pretty critical crowd . . . You heal fast, don't look shockingly different (unless you're a cue ball already) . . . And since I did this almost prophylactically, and away from home, 3 of 4 of my kids didn't notice and don't know to this day (one of them is super discerning / critical and caught the initial scabs)!  Don't hesitate to give me a call on my cell (later today if you wish).

Sincerely,

Michael

Hello All,

After two poorly performed hair transplants to fill in the 'hole' in my hairline, my self-esteem was rather low and I became very self-conscious about the unnatural appearance of the transplanted hairs.  It wasn't until a new hair stylist loudly exclaimed that I had a HT done that I realized enough was enough: I needed to get it fixed for the last time.  I needed peace of mind and wanted to focus my energy on more worthwhile things. It was time for me to stop letting my hair (or lack thereof) get the better of me.

But I didn't know who to choose. I wanted someone whose results spoke for itselfbrowsing online, I found many doctors who fit this qualification, but Dr. Jeffrey Epstein seemed to stand out among these fine folks.  If you're reading this, you probably have already looked through his patient photo album. Are you impressed?  I sure was, which is why I decided to contact Dr. Epstein and see if he could help me out.

From our first email correspondence, I knew Dr. Epstein was personally vested in my HT experience and wanted the best for me. He was honest in his assessment and repeatedly assured me he wanted to help in any and all ways. His office administrator Roxy was also fantastic and often went out of her way to get back to me. For those of you who have met her, I'm sure you'd agree! Both were very flexible and worked to accommodate my schedule and budget. I can't imagine any other highly acclaimed surgeon who would do that.  Wouldn't the famous doctors just say 'Next patient please' if you asked for this or that? Dr. Epstein is famous, but he cares about his patients. For him, monetary compensation is not as important as patient satisfaction. That's a big difference.

Dr. Epstein wanted as natural of a hairline as possible and suggested approaches that I never thought of before. Given his experience, I trusted him entirely and am confident the end result will be a good one.  Furthermore, whereas initially Dr. Epstein recommended 450 grafts to repair my hairline, he ended up doing close to 700. You can bet that he wanted the result to speak for itself and hence was flexible and incredibly generous to go the extra mile without the extra charge. For a young woman just starting out in her professional career, I appreciated this immensely. I was very moved when he told me what he did and even now I still get emotional when I replay that moment in my mind.

Time will tell how the procedure turns out, but already I can tell that choosing Dr. Epstein was one of the best decisions I ever made. Bless him for being who he is and truly caring for his patients. For other young women suffering from thinning hair, cowlicks, or other unusual growth patterns, rest assured there is a solution: Dr. Jeffrey Epstein.

Best wishes to you all,

Grace

Hi Roxy,

I apologize for not writing to you earlier. First of all, a big, thank you to Dr. Epstein, and of course, you, and your entire office for the way I was treated in your office during the procedure. It's been a month and I am beginning to see the little hairs coming out and I must tell you its very exciting.  Also, do you think is a good idea to use Rogaine, and if so, when can I start it.

Well, thanks again.

Warm regards,
Aurora

Hi Dr. Epstein!

...thank you for everything. Everyone in your office is incredibly nice, and we even ran into Roxy at the airport on our way home (our flight ended up being delayed for four hours though, I hope that hers wasn't). I was really surprised at how the the surgery itself was at most only moderately uncomfortable. I've had Botox injections in my forehead which were more painful than any one procedure during the transplant. And it was fun talking sports with you later on....half the time I can't recall where I put my car keys or my sunglasses, but I can seem to remember meaningless sports trivia at the drop of a hat. :) But really, both Robert and I were so impressed by the kindness and professionalism of everyone on your staff that we came in contact with, and I know that can only come from the top. So thank you again from both of us. :)

Hope this finds you well, and take the best of care!!

Best always--Abby

Hi Dr Jeffrey

I am sorry to have kept forgetting to send you pictures.

Please download them and let me know, so I can delete them again. They take too much space from my vacation photos :)

Anyway - I took some the other day and hopefully you will like them. As you can see the density could be higher, but the overall impression is superb. You are a true master and I count myself among the ones where it DID make a big difference to come all that way.

I want to say "keep doing the good work", but I realise that this is a religious encouragement. However, what you're doing FEELS like it is a miracle, so maybe your hands are special.... ;-)

Have a great summer
A

Dear Dr. Epstein,

I want to thank you for the wonderful job you did on my Rhinoplasty. Today is 2 weeks since my surgery and I feel wonderful and am very happy with the results. I am also excited as I know it will only look/get better with time. My co-workers, friends and family all agree. I think the comment I hear the most is how natural it looks and how well it fits my face. "Its like you had that nose all along", they tell me. Everyone including myself was surprised at how I still 'look like myself'...just majorly improved. I am also very grateful because my procedure was virtually painless and I must say (I don't know if I got lucky), but my recovery was very smooth and more rapid than I ever thought would be. Although now I wish I would have done it sooner; I believe the timing was just right. Maybe if I did it years ago, I would not have heard about your talents yet and gone with another surgeon. Im glad I was recommended to you and then decided to have it done. As they say, everything happens for a reason!

Regards,
J-

Dr. Epstein,
Nice to hear from you. Seems things are going along just as you had predicted; the scars seem to be minimal and healing very well. I haven't yet shed as many of the transplanted hair shafts as I expected and some even appear to be growing, but I suppose the shedding will happen in due course and then regrowth will begin. Thank you and your staff very much for the exceptional care you provided, the entire experience has been a pleasure. There was no discomfort during the procedure and afterward I disposed of the pain medication because I never needed to use it!

I hope all is well with you...
Regards, Steve W

Hi Dr. E!!

I like how they all called you that. Thanks for checking up on me. Things are going well and I got the stitches out. I can't stress enough how pleased I am and how pleasant the entire experience was. The nurses rubbing my arm and calming me down, and just everything really. Thank you so much!!

Dear Dr. Epstein,

Thank you and your wonderful staff for completing my procedure smoothly and professionally. It was a painless procedure and consolidates my decision of flying to Miami for the hair transplant.

I will keep in touch with you in regards to any future questions and look forward to your recommendation of a doctor for the removal of sutures in Houston 10 days post procedure.

Please convey my thanks again to Roxy and staff that attended.

Best Regards,

Ajay

Hi Dr. Epstein,

I hope all is well with you. I apologize for sending pictures of my eyebrow result so late. You did my eyebrows 7 months ago. This picture show eyebrows at month 5. I apologize for not having a better picture.

I also attached a picture of my new granddaughter. I would like you to know that I am so excited and happy with the results. I can not tell you how confident I feel. People notice a difference, but cannot put their finger on it. You are the best. Please tell everyone I said hello. Thanks again.

Carol

Roxy & Dr. Epstein,

This is Robert, I was a patient of yours in Jan. You probably don't remember me, but we had a small disagreement about where my hairline should go, and now that it's grown in, you were right (glad I went with your expert opinion)it looks great.

Thanks,
Robert

I can't thank you enough for the great job you did.

Sincerely,
Adam B

Well I just wanted to thank you and your staff for all that you had did. Sorry I wasn't able to make the follow up yesterday. my flight had left a lot earlier than i had originally thought. Everything seems to going fine.  I'm really excited and pleased with the procedure as well as  the courteousness of your staff.

thanks again
mike

Hi Doc
Thanks for the note... I appreciate the followup. I'm still feeling pretty good --- taking meds and using graft spray. My wife loves the bandana. lol.

I have already posted on my expereince. I did this the morning after procedure in the hotel which should say a lot re: recovery.

I will surely keep you posted... My special thanks to Karalia and Susie. While all the girls were professional and personable, Karalia and Susie played the most visible roles realtive to my experience and they will not be forgotten any time soon. Awesome people!

Best, Paul

Thank You for getting back to me so quickly. Ideally I would want to come in for the procedure in February, A very good friend of mine Lawrence Moran, had his hair done a few years ago, and insisted that I go to you guys and no one else. He said you were the best and I believe him. He looks amazing. He explained the process to me, and I have looked at your web site extensively and I think I have a pretty good handle on the rundown. Here are the pictures and I can send the other ones if you need them as well. Thank you so much!
Billy

Hi Jeff,

I just had to send you an email about the hair transplant work that you did for Stewart. I had no idea, that in addition to the chest work,  you had done his mustache and beard area. I , in my ignorance thought all his facial hair was attributable to hormones. I was in awe the other day when the subject came up and he told me that all his beard and mustache hair was transplanted as well. You did an amazing job and I just had to let you know how beautiful the results were. I am so impressed. You would never guess in a million years it was transplanted. Absolutely fantastic work.

Your work is fabulous and any opportunity, I try to steer patients your way.

Have a lovely weekend.

Sincerely,
L

Hi Roxy,
Had a very smooth procedure and recuperation so far. Will keep you all updated.
Thanks a lot to your wonderful team..

Ram

Dr. Epstein and staff,

I wanted to thank you very much for your work and your graciousness during my procedure in June. I felt very comfortable during the whole ordeal, and finally, I am beginning to see some results. Enclosed herein are a few updated photos where progress is beginning to show. I look forward to the next few months as all the hairs appear. Feel free to use these photos for your publicity efforts; I kindly ask to make me anonymous though.

Dr., with regards to the Propecia prescription, I realize I will have to remain on it for awhile in order for it to take effect. My prescription is authorized for 4 refills; can you authorize further refills when needed? In addition, what month into the process where I was supposed to take one every two days, as opposed to one a day?

Thanks a ton!

Regards,

John

Dear Roxy and Dr Epstein,

I am just sending you both a message to say that i arrived safely back in the United Kingdom last Friday morning after a long flight.

Everybody thinks my implants look great and are very impressed with the quality of Dr Epstein's work. So far only one hair has fallen out but i have not actually washed my face yet as i am so scared that they will all fall out. My husband and i would just like to express our heartfelt thanks to all of you for being kind and looking after me while i was in your wonderful country. I want to thankyou so much from the bottom of my heart for making my dream come true and giving me my confidence back and making me like myself again.

I will keep you updated on the progress of my eyebrows(boy it feels very good to write that word eyebrows).

I would like you all to know that you all hold a very special place in my heart and i will never forget for as long as i live what you all did for me.You are all truly amazing and wonderful people and thankyou very very much for giving me back a life and a normal looking face.

Sincerely grateful forever to you all
Anne

Dear Jeff,
This is Dee, who had a hair transplant on Monday, and perlane on Tuesday.

I wanted to thank you for your excellent work and great workers of course, but also for the interesting interchanges we had during the course of the day. We communicated unusually well for not knowing each other
- it was refreshingly honest and heartfelt.

Thanks again,
dee

Dear Jeff:

Thanks for your stellar care. You are truly blessed with a caring team of professionals. My personal thanks to each one of the ladies who assisted you with my procedure..

We returned home on Sunday and I have had a marvelous excuse to take the rest of the week off! We will be out of the country(in Turkey) until 7th Jan.

I have had no inflammation except a tight feeling on the R. occipital area where you harvested the tissue the 2nd/3rd time. The left lateral 2/3ds of the incision has healed completely and I cannot even feel a scar or bump. I guess this is normal healing process.

The transplanted area looks like no surgery was ever done and the hair looks almost like the natural hair. It has grown a few mm since the surgery. I will be taking serial photos and will send them to you in a month or so.

Warm Regards,

N M

Hi Dr. Epstein,

I am doing well...thank you. I appreciate all of your help with the repair process, and thank you for your patience with all of my questions and concerns as I try to figure out the best approach to repair the poor work that has been done in the past by other physicians. I think the two procedures I've had with you have made some very good progress.

Thanks again for all of your help. Happy Holidays!

Tim

Dear Dr Epstein,

I would like to thank you for doing such a wonderful job with my hairline advancement, you have an amazing skill and i am really proud to have been one of your patients!!

It has now been 3 weeks since the procedure and all the scabs have fallen off, and the hair is only just begining to fall out, It has become a little itchy lately but i try not to scratch it at all!! I adore it so much i take special care of it! =)    I am not worried about the sunlight as the UK is quite cold at the moment and there is hardly any sun, thats one thing i do miss about miami you all have lovely weather!! The only thing i was unable to buy was minoxidil, i have gone to the chemist and have only found one in liquid form, to spray, is this the one??

I am soo happy with the procedure and cant wait for next year to see the full results, i will send you some pics as soon as all my hair grows.

I would also like to thank all the staff i was so impressed by their kindness, especially Roxy, Susi, and Cindy who went the extra mile by washing my hair for the final time and for also giving us a lift near the hotel when we had no idea where to go.

I really appreciate all that has been done for me, i will never forget you

Wish you all the best, God bless you
Brenda

Dr Epstein,

I just wanted you to know that the hair in scar has grown in and it looks really good. I am glad you made me wait. I would like to reschedule to put some more in to thicken the hair in the scar area. I now can cut my hair at clipper cut #5 and the scar is not visible. This a huge improvement because at one time when I cut my hair at clipper cut #8 the scar was visible.
Please let me know your availability so I can schedule an appointment.

Thanks,
Ron
