The procedure went very well indeed, from my point of view. Thank you. It was stress and pain free. Everyone was very kind.  The scar at the back of my head probably caused the most discomfort. By the time the scabs on my eyebrows disappeared the hairs had begun to fall out so I couldn't really tell how the brows are going to look, but I am sure they'll look great. They have to be a big improvement on what was there before!

I am feeling great as I have done from day one.

Once the brows grow back I will send you some photos. I am very grateful to you all for your care and consideration and for the expert job done.

How can I ever thank you?  My entire experience was top drawer from start to finish.  You do fantastic work.  I felt no discomfort during the procedure and only needed to take one Ultracette that evening.  I have been pain free ever since.   I returned to work this morning and none of my employees suspect a thing.  To say that I am amazed by your technique and skill is an understatement (not to mention your great bedside manner!).  I will be following up with you in the near future to address the crown and back of my head and to do some work on my handsome son.

Hello Dr. Epstein,

How are you?  I just wanted to send a note to check-in and tell you that my hair regrowth is coming along marvelous!  I didn’t use the Rogaine as we last discussed and I have seen the DRAMATIC change.  I don’t think there is a single person (besides the few close family and friends that I discussed my procedure with) who would ever know that I underwent surgery.

In a couple of months, I plan to send photos so I can show you the process of stages that Eric and I have documented.  I don’t know if I remember the exact timeframe of each photo, but I will try to give you an accurate detail as possible of my recovery.  I am so thankful that I went through the informational process with you and your team as it has really empowered me with more knowledge that I can relay to other women in the future.

Anyway, I look forward to speaking with you soon and updating you all with photos.

Thanks for your email, it's good to hear from you - I hope all is going well. It's almost a year since my procedure (May 11) to the eyebrows and I am delighted with the results. Growth has been excellent, coverage & shape are great and best of all, it looks completely natural and unless I let them grow, I can't distinguish the original from the transplanted hairs - I just need to keep them trimmed. The great thing about my new eyebrows is that no one can tell anything was done (apart from my barber who recognised the thin scar and makes sure it is covered when cutting my hair).

The BEST thing is the new found confidence having great eyebrows gives you, and for that i am most grateful. The only downside - I had to get a new passport just before my trip so I'm stuck with the old photo for another 9 years!

Please can you pass on my thanks to the whole team. In particular, thank you for arranging the procedure and without any sales pressure - I for one really appreciated that. Doctor Epstein for his expertise, shaping the brows and performing the procedure with a good mix of professionalism and good wit (taking the p!55 of how i say 'no pain' sticks in the mind). And also the 'procedure' team who prepared the grafts etc. I don't know all their names but 3 in particular stood out during my visit; Linda, Alicia & Cynthia, so a special thanks to them.

I will try and get some before & after pictures to you in the next couple of weeks. I know during the procedure I ticked the "no publicity" box, but you will be welcome to use them if you want to. I think it is only fair, as I used other peoples photos on your website and during your visit to the UK to make an informed decision to choose Dr Epstein.
Also, I know what a big decision it is for people from the UK to choose a doctor in the US. I would be more than happy to advocate Dr Epstein's work. If anyone around the London area wanted to see the results in the flesh before making a decision, then I'd be happy to help.

As I mentioned in my e-mail to you this morning, I wanted to send you a separate e-mail, acknowledging how pleased I was with the hospitality rendered by you and other members of Dr. Epstein's staff.  I don't have Dr. Epstein's e-mail address so please be sure to forward this on to him.

First, I like to thank you for the considerable time you spent with me via e-mail and phone calls during the past year, which finally culminated with my visit to your office last week.  I would probably have never gone forward with this procedure, if it was not for your professional guidance and advice along with the wealth of information you provided.  Particularly valuable was the information you provided on Dr. Epstein's exceptional credentials.  Also, referring me to the thousands of "before and after" pictures of previous clients demonstrated to me the excellent work of Dr. Epstein, and gave me the confidence to have the hair transplants.

It was also a delight to work with Susie, who was very helpful and informative.  She was so nice and professional and was able to answer all my questions and concerns once I arrived at your office.  So please thank her for me, and let her know how appreciative I was of her warmth and positive outlook.

I don't recall the names of the two individuals who implanted the grafts, but they were also the consummate professionals and did an excellent job.  

Hosea also was very informative and gave me a lot of information on what to expect the first few days following the procedure and how to deal with and minimize the discomfort.  He was also there on Saturday to give me further support as well as wash and treat my scalp. 

Finally, and most importantly, Dr. Epstein did an absolutely marvelous job in designing, planning, overseeing, removing, and implanting the grafts.  I am so pleased with this phase and I can't wait until the hair starts growing in the coming months.  His ability to remove and implant 2,160 grants was so crucial to give me the scalp coverage and look that is so important.   Thank you, Dr. Epstein!!!!!!

Hi Dr Epstein,

My apologies for emailing you directly but i'm kind of in a panicked state and would like to know if you could help my situation.

I received a quote from your team about 18 months ago for 2000-2300 grafts (your recommendation) and unfortuantely for me it was above what i could afford. That prompted me to research other surgeons around the world that were reputable but were closer to my price range. I chose xxx in Istanbul Turkey. I am now 19 days post-FUE (3000 grafts) and have an extremely patchy donor area and want to know if it can be fixed or what i can do as a temporary solution and of course based on your advice, what and if there is a permanent fix.

I am aware that you are the best in the business and in hindsight made the wrong decision. I also know i will need a second procedure and this time i want to be sure that i am operated on by the best.

I know you are a busy man but i really am hoping you'll reply with some advice i just need a solution please.

Appreciate your concern.
I was delighted to be informed by the lovely doctor that he could remove the scars the whole way around my head from above one ear to the next which as you know i was hoping for. he also managed to get 840 grafts which were placed in the 3rd lower strip with excess placed in one of my temporal recipient sites which i felt was less dense than the other. The Procedure was totally comfortable & time passed quickly.
I'm taking things easy now so as not to stretch the scars. sleeping is still a little uncomfortable but getting less so.
I'm avoiding looking too much at the results until the sutures & scabs have gone but from quick glances the scars seem much smaller or even gone all together.
Thank you so much for organising it all. you dont know how important this procedure is for me & i know my confidence will be so much higher after.
i'll keep you & the doctor posted on the results.

I'm healing quite quickly, all is going well. The swelling has gone down a ton, still some bruising, even all down my neck, but that is subsiding too.

I'm beginning to see the result of the mid face lift and it's superb. Good symmetry and a great look - just what I hoped for.

So my question is ---- can we schedule someone this week in the San Francisco area to take my stitches out. My surgery was Nov 4, Fri. So twelve days from that will be this Wed the 16th. I can't wait to get these things out.

I loved all your girls in the room with me, they're fantastic. Loved the music and that every now and then one of them would get up from a microscope to bust a couple of dance moves to the music. Makes for a very light and happy atmosphere. Loved it. Please thank them for me. So cute too!

I really appreciate the email!  I am now waiting for the eybrows to heal, fall out (unfortunately) and start regrowing.  I have to tell you how friendly, professional, and buttoned up your "crew" is! Dr. Epstein has such an incredible "bedside manner" and made me feel so comfortable the entire time I was there, which was about 5 hours. I felt very at ease and not at all nervous with him, probably because of his warmth and more importantly, his obvious expert capability for performing these transplants. The way your staff works together is incredibly synchronized and I was so impressed by the manner in which they worked with one another.  Which leads me to Elsa, who basically nurtured and tortured :*) me through the entire day and was amazing at answering all my questions, performing the transplant together with Dr. Epstein and once again, incredibly warm and capable.  So, all of that said, we did some video taping, joking, and I even got lunch on the house…the most important thing to me, however, is looking in the mirror (which happens a bit) and seeing the most beautifully shaped and full eyebrows that are now mine!  You were so very truthful in our consulation when you said Dr. Epstein is the best choice, hands down, for this procedure, and, man, were you right!!!  You guys ROCK!! I'll see you next year when I pop in to show you my new brows!!!!

I am doing Good recuperating from the procedure now a week after; I have little discomfort and itchiness on the stitch area but I'll endure without problem...

Everybody was really capable and professional and made me feel extremely comfortable and confident my treatment would turn well as I hope it does. Hey Dan,

Thanks for the follow up. Everything is going good so far. The fue punches from the hairs we removed from the front are healing nicely so far. The scabs are still there but are getting smaller everyday. I am extremely happy with the the new frame of my hairline.

I think the number of grafts we did was appropriate for my needs, and am optimistic about the results.

I will keep you updated on the progress.

All is well and I'm really enjoying my new eyebrows!! Some are falling out now but it's been great to have them! Please convey to Dr. Epstein that they are beautifully shaped and I've been receiving many compliments. The best was that none of my family members even noticed the eyebrows until I reminded them that I just had them done, which speaks to the very natural line and shape that was formed by D.E. I was shocked that they didn't notice, because they were all anxious to see me with the new brows. My parents and sister indicated that the new brows look very much like my original eyebrows, which I can't remember.

I felt well cared for during the procedure, and all went well. The office staff is lovely.

There is growth and it seems to be gradually getting a little thicker.. I don't look like Elvis, but more of a hairline than before for sure. I will also say that I have a hard time finding the scar. Part bad eyes, pard good job I'm sure.. Also, the only person who has noticed something was the Security Person at the Airport who made me remove my hat on the way home..

Maybe you remember i had another one 5 years before with dr p in San francisco That transplant team just wasn't up to your work, compassion and follow through. The difference in yield tho was significant. Even tho the numbers were the same

It is all about my age I am sure I so wish I had started the transplants earlier in my life. That would be a great testimonial phrase I believe

Rather than extensions etc that I paid a lot for at 39 and early 40's.
I SO wish I had given the money to you!!

This one was 8 months after menopause. I think it clearly made a difference in the quality of the follicles.

All that said. When I send more photos you will see the magic I can perform!  Just started adding toppix and with the transplanted hairs, even tho few. I am sure the toppix has more to stick too.

Off to yoga and then 12 days before flying to Morocco to see my son

I had a eyebrow transplant because I had radiation therapy and haven't had eyebrows for 10 or 11 years now. I absolutely enjoyed the technicians that worked on me – they were kind, they talked to me the entire time, I absolutely loved having lunch with them. Dr. Epstein came right in and said hello, he talked to me when I was a little groggy, he sat down and he said, "Let's put some more in." He wanted me to have the best experience that I possibly could and I'm very thankful for that. It's amazing, I think I have fuller eyebrows than I did before the procedure!

Apologies for the delay in replying to you. I have been sleeping off my jet lag following my whirlwind trip to Miami:)

I am SOOO delighted with the results of my surgery and would like you to please relay my sincere thanks to all the team at Dr. Epstein's practice.

I would like to also apologize to Dr. Epstein and Linda for my 'fussing' over the shape of my eyebrow transplants following surgery. I am getting married next year and want to my eyes to look as close to my original eyebrows as possible.

In fact they look BETTER!!! Dr. Epstein is a genius!! And I can't thank him enough. Please also thank Linda for her patience with me and my perfectionism and all the hours she worked on giving me precisely what I wanted.

The team have truly changed my life!! I no longer have to worry about my eyebrows looking fake in the warm weather nor spend so long doing my make-up and trying to achieve a 'natural' look. I definitely have eyebrows now!! They are BEAUTIFUL:

To Linda: I have taken ur advice about my scalp and am wearing my hair curly and used a conditioning treatment this morning. I had been using too many permanent hair colours on it which was why it was so red and flaky, plus the constant straightening didn't help. I also told my fiancé what I had done in Miami when he picked me up from the airport. He was quite shocked but said he thought I was beautiful either way and as long as I am happy he is happy. Hooray for love!! A special thank you to you Linda. You never once made me feel bad for being so fussy and looking in the mirror a hundred times to make sure everything was ok. I should have trusted your expertise, which I did!! However, eyebrow paranoia is a terrible curse!! Thank you for making me look natural again. You are an angel:)
