Dear Dr. Epstein,

I hope you are doing fine. I wanted to write this email long time back, but the craziness of dealing with airlines over my lost baggage as soon as I came to New York and busy work there after put this on the back burner.

I want to thank you, Dr. Epstein and each one of your staff for taking good care of me on the day of my surgery. I felt the whole environment to be very friendly, one of the reasons why I choose Dr. Epstein. I met all the coalition doctors in NY who are highly reputed doctors in this field like Dr. Epstein. I choose Dr. Epstein for his passion towards his work, the confidence he had that he is giving me the best work, and his friendly nature over others. I appreciate the fact that your staff constantly talked to me through out the surgery answering my crazy questions...!! I felt really comfortable.

I was back in office on Monday with just a bit of swelling which was gone completely in another 4 days. There was no pain at all and didn't take any pain medication other than the ones I took in your office. No infection and the healing process has been very good so far. The scar is really thin. My barber and my friends have commented that the work looks very clean and experienced. I can't wait to see the hair grow. Dr. Epstein was very confident that it is going to look very good and bring a very good change in my face. I am looking forward to it. and I am sure that will be the case
