Thanks, for the response Dr. Epstein. I think I am very happy with the procedure overall. The grafts you removed in the hairline were well chosen.

And of course the most important part - the ridge reduction. The right side is absolutely perfect - no ridging and completely level.

The left side is a huge improvement as well - but it''s a little uneven with depression and still very slight ridging. Though its only 2 days out and maybe the depression will raise back up. This will also help me better judge the very slight ridging left - which might be even less than I think because of the contrast between the depression area.

Even if the left side stayed as is - its still a huge improvement of before the surgery.

I think only that the right side is so perfect...I am more noticable of any slight imperfections :) Also, I must say you told me that 40-50 % of the ridging would be removed and it seems to me 100% of the ridging is removed on the right side and 80% on the left side!

I am just hoping the ridging doesn''t flair up again - but I very confident with kenalog injections with Dr. Konior that will be prevented.

If all goes well - I am offering myself as a reference to anyone interested in this procedure.

I will also go on all of the forums - and try to find patients with this ridging issue and contact me.

I will keep you posted on the outcome and will make an appointment to see Dr. Konior around Aug 1st (6 weeks out).
