The Foundation for Hair Restoration doctors are all at the forefront of the hair restoration industry. Many of them lecture and teach locally and nationally and have been published in many scientific journals and textbooks. Many of them have also been featured on numerous occasions in the press and on television.

Recently, Dr. Epstein attended and was on the faculty of the annual meeting of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery in Montreal, where he led a panel discussion on the merits (his side) versus the downsides of pure follicular unit grafting. In addition to eyebrow transplants and eyelash implants, Dr. Epstein prescribes the new medication Latisse (bimatoprost ophthalmic solution) the first and only product approved by the FDA that is indicated to treat hypotrichosis of the eyelashes by increasing their growth, including length, fullness, and darkness. Eyelash hypotrichosis is another name for having inadequate or not enough eyelashes.
