I have had hair transplants by 2 previous surgeons. Dr. Chambers, who I
have heard is now deceased, and another I will not name. Dr. Chambers was
a pioneer at the time and may he rest in peace. At the time, hair transplant
surgeons had not yet developed some of the advanced techniques being used
today. Thus, Dr. Chambers and this other surgeon left the back of my head
very scarred and sparse, and the front hairline very unnatural looking.
I had to wear it combed to the side as otherwise everyone would know I
had hair transplants. I was very self conscious about it and always imagined
that people were staring at my hairline. In fact, I wasn't imagining it.
Some people really were trying to figure out what was going on up there,
and a few times people asked.
Luckily, I found out about Dr. Jeff Epstein. He has not only repaired the
back of my head, but has also made my front hairline so natural that I
wear it in a flat top and to my amazement, NO ONE, let me repeat, NO ONE,
has ever detected that I have had a hair transplant in over three years.
In addition, where I used to have pain with the surgeries by Chambers and
the other physician, I have had no pain with Dr. Epstein due to the advanced
techniques he has developed. I experienced no pain during nor after the
two procedures.
Dr. Epstein is an artist and a genius. I realize that you may think this
is a fixed advertisement, but I am just so happy to have hair and have
it look so incredibly natural. I feel I have been given back my freedom,
literally.
I used to worry about it constantly and obsess about someone noticing it
