If you live in or are visiting a city in which the Foundation for Hair Restoration™ has a location, we could be happy to schedule a consultation. You will meet personally with Dr. Epstein or another Foundation doctor in an informal yet confidential setting. An accurate assessment of your present and future hair loss pattern will be provided, and a course of treatment decided upon. Helpful staff are available to discuss financial issues. If you are not near a city with a Foundation for Hair Restoration™ location and it is difficult for you to travel to such a location, you have other options: the Hair Loss History Questionnaire Package and have the opportunity to speak with Dr. Epstein or another Foundation for Hair Restoration™ doctor directly. When completed and mailed back to the Foundation for Hair Restoration™ you will be contacted by the office, and have the opportunity to speak with Dr. Epstein directly. You may then schedule your procedure simultaneously with your visit.
