To get the process started, you can fill out the form below, and send a few photos. A Patient Advisor will contact you promptly, to provide you with more information as well as to arrange for you to be evaluated by a surgeon. This is all conducted in a confidential and professional manner.
Patients may also have a live consultation with a Foundation for Hair Restoration doctor via the internet. Utilizing the latest in web technology, patients are able to have a live one-on-one consultation with the doctor from the privacy and convenience of their own computer. Patients can continue to be evaluated in the more traditional method of an in-person visit at one of the offices, or by telephone and email exchanges.
Steps to Follow for a Web Cam Consultation:
Step One: The interested patient contacts our office by phone or email, and is then scheduled for an appointment.
Step Two: Just before the scheduled time of the consult, the patient will receive an email or phone call with the information on how to log onto Skype®, through which the consult will be performed.
Step Three: The patient first meets with a Patient Advisor, who can answer a number of questions and provide a lot of very valuable information. After this, the consultation can be conducted with the Foundation for Hair Restoration surgeon. Viewing of the patient and the doctor is simultaneous, providing both full evaluation of the patent's situation and the doctor able to show the patient what can be done.
This live web consulting allows the doctor and patient to essentially meet ahead of time, providing a clear understanding of the process and the realistic goals of a procedure.
