PATIENT FEEDBACK SURVEY- 2006
Every few years, the office of Dr. Epstein conducts a survey to assess patient satisfaction as to the quality of the results and the experience of the hair transplant procedure. The results of the study conducted in 2006 are summarized below. Surveys were sent to 300 patients who had a procedure in the preceding 2 years, with 198 surveys returned.
